My mom was admitted due to difficulty breathing as a result of fluid around her lung. Emily demonstrated the right blend of compassion, empathy and professionalism. She was a pillar of support during my mom's procedure. However, what really impressed me was the advocacy for my mom that I heard when Emily was talking with the doctor.
