One day, Emily went above and beyond when she responded to an elderly patient who had fallen outside the building in severe sleet, snow, and cold conditions. Recognizing the patient’s obvious injuries and active bleeding, Emily acted immediately, removing her own sweatshirt to provide warmth and preserve the patient’s dignity and privacy.
