Emily is a very kind and caring person, as you already know, or she would not be in the profession she is in. She exudes a loving attentiveness with strong professionalism in her work. She gave excellent care from admission until discharge; never faltering with an explanation of what she was doing and why. She was very positive about her job and where she worked and the people she worked with.
