Six keywords that describe Emily: Professional, Kind, Thoughtful, Proactive, Anticipatory, and Knowledgeable. This morning, Emily started her shift having to deal with a mess - me and my room. My antibiotics make me sick. Emily did not hesitate, walk the other way, or act like she was dealing with something awful. She was kind, gentle, and made me feel at ease. Her attitude and how she interacts with me are so very acknowledging and much appreciated. She smiles and is positive! I applaud Emily, as it is hard to stay positive and kind and deal with many issues and patients! Emily is a great “brand” for Dignity and Mercy Gilbert Hospital! Emily, you are special! Thank you!
