Emily M Kyne, RN

Today is one of the many days I felt compelled to write a nomination for Emily. She upholds the Sentara commitments, and beyond that – she is kind, compassionate, and understanding. She is constantly moving and rushing around – making sure everyone is situated and has their things sorted. She never puts anything off. She even looks to help other nurses and NCPs in her spare time. She has offered her help more times than I could count, and today was one of those many days. I know I’ll have a better day with her on my shift, and I hope to one day be a nurse like her.
