Emily was nominated by a patient who had a difficult recovery from a previous C-section and was nervous about an upcoming birth. Emily's patient-focused care resulted in her noticing the new baby needed help regulating his temperature. Emily immediately cared for the baby in the nursery until he was ready to be with mom and dad.
