Emily displays compassion, high levels of skill, and leadership qualities that I admire. She is always the first to be at a situation and the last to leave it. She has a long nursing history, which has made her superior in her role. Emily is the true definition of someone who deserves this award. She has shown compassion when no one else will, and she’s not afraid to be the odd man out if it's to do what is right. Emily is dedicated to patients as well as coworkers. She always helps everyone feel seen and heard. Emily is truly a gem in this field. I have watched her tirelessly work with patients and display patience that I wish everyone could have.
