Emily Miranda, RN

Emily works above and beyond what is expected of any nurse. She went out of her way to ensure not only our beloved mother but her family was taken care of as well. From keeping us up-to-date on all the happenings of doctors, tests, and procedures, to finding a way for mom to get a bigger room for her large family to see her. Emily even came out to the courtyard area to let us know she was done with the procedures and that we could go see her again. Cancer is not an easy thing to deal with, especially when it is as bad as hers. Emily helped my mom stay in great spirits and kept the family up as well. Emily is a role model for any aspiring nurse with her compassion and commitment to the care of her patients. I want to send her a great big thank you from our family. Emily, you have made this battle a little bit brighter.
