I had to be seen in the emergency room, and I had to bring my son with me. This nurse was so caring for me and patient with my son. I hated that he had to be there, and we were there for several hours for testing and other things. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and to check on my son as well. She made me feel welcomed and not like it was an inconvenience to her. I can't explain how much that meant to me as a single mom and fellow nurse.
