Emily provided great care and was very kind and caring which is not always easy when one is in such a demanding position. We are so grateful to have had her as a nurse and to have gotten to know her.

I came into the ICU in such a severe condition, unable to do anything for myself. Emily became my beacon of light! It wasn’t just the fact that she carried out her care duties flawlessly, she went above and beyond them. She was so encouraging, uplifting, nurturing, understanding, and the most compassionate nurse I have ever had! Always asking “What else can I do for you?” She brushed and braided my hair on her own, which I know is not in her job description. She made sure to look after my husband as well, providing him with coffee every morning. I have been extremely ill for over a year and came in contact with all kinds of healthcare workers. Emily is by far the best I have ever seen. If anyone deserves to be recognized it is this young lady!
