The list goes on and on of all the wonderful things she did for us today.
I had my mother for what we thought was a stroke only to find out her condition is worse than we could’ve ever thought. She was to be admitted but no rooms were available, so we are to remain in ER till a room is available tomorrow. Emily changed my mom’s bed to a more comfortable bed. Then she brought me a recliner and warm blankets. The list goes on and on of all the wonderful things she did for us today. She went above and beyond tonight. Her compassion and care are top-notch.
I come from the medical field myself and I recognize excellence when I see it. She was unaware of my background and still delivered the compassion and empathy that made our stay comfortable even with a full house tonight. As I was in and out of my mom’s room making calls she was working with other patients of all walks of life with the same compassion. Her coworkers were amazing as well.
Thank you, Emily, for what you did tonight. It truly meant more than you will ever know. You are amazing! Your impact lives further than you will ever know; however, you will always be remembered for being amazing on our worst day and I thank you for that. Keep doing what you do, and I hope others follow in your steps.
