While attempting to perform an EEG on an agitated and combative patient, Emily jumped in to help by soothing the patient. Not only did she soothe the patient for the setup of the procedure, but she also stayed throughout enabling us to record a valid study. Emily used her phone to provide soothing ocean sounds. She is a remarkable staff member, who went above and beyond her duties to assist. The empathy and compassion she showed the patient was remarkable. Thanks for all you do!
