Emily made a painful day just a little brighter. She explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly, easing my anxiety and helping me feel a little more in control. Her presence was comforting, steady, and deeply human. Emily didn’t just care for me physically—she supported me emotionally in a way I will never forget.

She was very personable, taking the time to ask about our son and our upcoming family vacation. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it reminded me that there was still life and joy beyond that moment. She treated me like a whole person, not just a patient. I am incredibly grateful she was there that day.
