I would like to recommend Emily, who provided exceptional care and support during my recent surgery at St. Mary’s Hospital. This was my first surgery, and I was very scared and extremely weepy.
The moment I arrived in the PACU and regained consciousness, Emily demonstrated through knowledge of my procedure and helped me feel at ease with her clear explanations. She was incredibly compassionate, always making sure I understood what was happening and checking on me regularly. I am deeply grateful for Emily’s care.
