I was at the hospital due to chest pain. Following a very serious reaction to medication, I was transferred to another hospital for a higher level of care. Emily was by my side through the whole ordeal. She accompanied me when I was transferred, explained everything to the new staff providing my care, and made sure that both my wife and I were comfortable before leaving us. She went above and beyond to care for us and we observed her providing this same exceptional level of care to others.
