Emily was very kind and caring to me. She was tasked with starting an IV, and my veins are very hard to hit, plus I was dehydrated from not having anything after midnight.
She checked both arms until she thought she had found a vein. She inserted the needle with precision and was successful on the first try. After my procedure and the IV was removed, it didn't even leave a mark at all.
Emily took great care of me and made me feel like I was her top priority. She exhibits outstanding service and is a great asset to the hospital.
