Emily Stokes, RN

Emily never made me feel like i was bothering her, or like I was an inconvenience. She would listen to my concerns/questions and I feel like she legitimately took them into consideration. She never made me feel like I was being judged. She always brightened my day and would make me laugh (laughter is a necessity when you're in the hospital!) She was so nice to me and overall she took very good care of me.

As a parent, I like to know that my children are getting the best care possible. I have observed many nurses who have cared for my daughter over this last year (Omaha, Iowa City and here in New Hampton) and with my daughter's medical condition comes a lot of judgement in turn making the situation worse. I am so pleased to say that is not the case here. Emily has been amazing with my daughter hands down. She is right there when needed, humble, even when she is busy she never seems "put out" or discouraged. Thank you, Emil,y for humbly going the extra mile with my daughter. It's easy to see Emily is here for more than a pay check and I am so grateful she was my daughter's nurse. Keep Rocking!
