Emily was very professional and compassionate throughout my surgery process. She explained everything as she went and was easy to talk to which made me feel comfortable. After surgery, my left leg was numb which was not normal. Emily was by my side the whole time. She kept me from falling, twice! She went and found someone to come in and explain why my leg was numb. Emily just seemed to go above and beyond. Emily made my hospital experience pleasant. I couldn't be happier, Providence is lucky to have Emily!
