Emily took care of our son the second night he was staying in the NICU. She made us feel so comfortable even though we were so scared and had no idea what to expect. She explained his cares and the monitors he was hooked up to. I know we asked the same questions more than once and she happily answered. She has a wonderful attitude and her bedside manner is exceptional. Emily is definitely one of our son's Guardian Angels!! Thank you, Emily, for the best care!
