I just wanted to say a massive thanks to Emma, throughout the whole process she had constantly checked up on my wife who was already nervous and panicking about the whole situation. Emma reassured her massively, made her feel comfortable, and explained everything throughout. Even before she went off shift, she came back to say goodbye and wish us the best of luck going forward. I genuinely believe Emma has helped massively and made both of us more comfortable and reassured throughout.
