When I was transferred here, I was in very bad pain, sad, depressed, and angry. Emma turned this bad situation of mine into a positive one. She is very caring, very knowledgeable of her duties, with a smile on her face and a true sense of care for us patients. She helped me every time I needed something, gave me my medications on time and always asked if I was in pain. If I was, she would provide me with my pain meds. She lifted up my spirit and took away my sadness.
When Emma treated my wound, she did it very carefully as to not cause me pain and explained everything that was going to be done to me before she did it. She spoke on my behalf to social services, doctors, physical rehab, and ordered my medications for me. She made me feel good.
