Emma Deogracias, RN BSN CCRN

Emma Deogracias was nominated for the DAISY Award by her patients and their family members. Her patient wrote that Emma made her feel special and that she helped her feel better when she was feeling down. A family member stated that her bedside manner and attention to detail helped their mother both physically and emotionally. Another patient stated that Emma was amazing and that she was very attentive, respectful, and caring. Emma is also a part of the ICU shared governance committee and is very well liked by her colleagues and the entire ICU multidisciplinary team.
