Emma is very detail-oriented and comfortable in her role. She explains what she is doing, is positive, empathetic, caring, and very thorough. When there was a change in symptoms, Emma was quick to update the doctors, and her communication and notes were very clear. She is a hard worker and positive, and we want you to know we felt very grateful to be in her care. She was also very proactive in making sure he had water, fresh sheets, and a gown. She made sure he brushed his teeth. She was very safe when he needed to be moved, and we appreciate that you created a pleasant environment for Emma to be willing to commute to work at Kaiser San Rafael ICU.
