Emma Fenzi, RN

She is a kind nurse we met while admitted for my son. She was a conscientious, attentive, well-trained, and brilliant nurse. She would cheer me up even in passing with her smile and encouraging words. My son was fond of her too and she even manage to coax him into taking medicine orally which was a unique feat. Apart from her knowledge, an incident I wish to mention is that one day she was busy but insisted on helping us bathe him. It was still while his stitching and bandages were raw so it was a rather complicated matter. Although as the family we said it was ok, we would give it a go so as to help with the pressure, she kindly insisted on helping us and was gentle with my son and said it was firstly a pleasure and secondly a chance for the nurse to see if there might be anything of importance to be noted. This was a remark that made a deep impression on me. She is an asset to the hospital and nursing in general.
