Where to begin, from the moment I met Emma she was 100% focused on my mom's care. I think the best way I can describe it is that for Emma nursing comes naturally. In other words, it's not just a job it's a calling. She met all of the underlining criteria with grace and compassion the entire time staying focused on providing the best care possible. As I told Emma, my mom's next nurse will have very big shoes to fill!
