Emma Hart, RN

I came to the emergency room and I was then brought to 3-1 later that afternoon. I was scared and nervous. Emma greeted me with a smile and a compassionate touch. Emma made me feel that I was in a comfortable room. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing OK. I didn't have to ring for her once. I never felt alone. If I needed anything, she quickly got it for me, asking if I had any pain, and I was comfortable and warm. I never felt more at ease about being in the hospital. Emma went the extra mile, and I'm sure Emma does that with all her patients! She's the best! The 3-1 nurses that I had during my stay were great! But Emma showed a higher level of care. Thank you, Emma and all the 3-1 nurses.
