I would like to send a compliment letter to a nurse you have on staff at 4 south, the orthopedic spine floor, Emma Johanna Zuzelski. My profession for 25 years was a certified nursing assistant; I absolutely loved and miss my work. I would like to say I felt honored and very blessed to have Jo on both of my visits to MCR 4-South. I felt blessed the first time (back in 2014) and then when she walked in again in March 2015, I felt so relieved I knew everything was going to go so smoothly and I had nothing to worry about. She was the sunshine of my stay!

Nurses have so many unique qualities at the top of my list are communication skills, compassion, listening, mental and physical well-being to their patients. They give not only their book knowledge but a piece of their heart to each and every patient. I truly believe Jo has each and every one of these unique qualities plus many more I'm not aware of. I believe Jo is a great contributor to the success and stability of MCR hospital. She is a true blessing from God above!
