Emma has continued to support me throughout my IVF journey, always showing compassion and kindness. She was extremely caring when they had to break the news of a miscarriage to me following a scan, and took considerable time to offer me comfort and guidance after the news. She also made sure to drop me a call later to see how I was. She really adds a personal touch, while maintaining professionalism and expert advice. There are so many countless times she helped out with medications, my endless questions or concerns, and joined me on the journey, highs and lows. Too many instances to recall.
