Emma is an amazing person. She is patient and truly cares about us and our lives outside of NM. Today she jumped to the aide of another patient who was feeling light-headed in the neighboring area. She stayed with her until the lady was stable. The attending nurse was there also. Together they were able to make sure she felt well before leaving. I did not mind waiting my turn at all.
