Over the years, Emma has been much more than a nurse for me...she has been a friend, a caring compassionate individual who is always willing to listen and put my mind at ease whenever I have questions regarding my procedure. Emma is a nurse who not only treats a patient with her professional knowledge and skills, but also treats you from the heart; a true Florence Nightingale!
Emma has made me feel like a part of the family, a family of individuals who really care and make you feel as if you are at home when you are at PIH Health Downey's OPSC. From the time I arrive with warm greetings and smiles, until the time I leave with fond farewells and hugs, I truly appreciate everything Emma does for me.
