Emma has been one of the most cheerful nurses I see on the 3N unit. She is busy like every nurse, however, she will take the time to connect with people, meet their immediate needs, and answer their questions with positive eye contact and genuine smiles. She is also a good resource to new nurses on the unit. Being a new graduate nurse herself, she seems to care for her fellow new graduate nurses and offers help to them as much as she can. Emma is on the right path to becoming an excellent compassionate and caring nurse.
