Emma Spero, RN

All of the nurses were great, but Emma went above and beyond for our daughter in the NICU. When my wife was crying, she sat next to her to listen, she empathized with her, she made her laugh, she gave her everything she could to make my wife feel comfortable, and she genuinely looked like she cared about us and our daughter. If it weren’t for Emma, we would have stormed out of that hospital with baby in tow multiple times, but she kept us calm and kept encouraging us to go on. She’s a champ with energy for days, and she deserves every award she can get. Thanks for the care, Emma.
