"We were overjoyed to see Emma's familiar face, smile, and welcoming attitude. Since our stay was on Christmas day, Emma always offered her ear and shoulder to hear our sadness about not being able to be home. She is extremely knowledgeable and always explains every procedure and medication and answers any questions or concerns. Her favorite phrase with my husband always before leaving the room was to ask, "Necesita Algo?" Do you need anything?" said the nominator and their family, expressing deep gratitude for Sprague’s support and care.
