I can't express how much the impact of Emmanuel and the entire staff at Orlando Health Horizon West was in regard to my beautiful 9-day post-partum daughter who had to be away from her baby due to edema and bladder issues. Emmanuel was compassionate, empathetic, and funny all at the same time and my daughter was able to relax and process the situation with calmness and information that helped her process and begin her recovery. Nurses are angels on earth and make such a huge impact on everyone they encounter and Emmanuel is a true testament of care and consideration. Emmanuel was simply the best!
