Let me start by saying we are beyond grateful to the hospital for saving my son’s life. With that said, there is one nurse who stood out for their extraordinary care and service to my son. Emmanuel was excellent in many ways, which, I feel, led to my son's healing and successful discharge from the hospital. Emmanuel was very professional, loving, caring, gentle, communicative and inclusive. He not only demonstrated true care and concern for my son, but he also did the same for me. We both felt safe and secure with this nurse which really set him apart from others who provided care for my son.
