During one of the most frightening times of my life recovering from double by-pass surgery, this nurse is exceptional. They went above and beyond to assure my comfort and provided info for all my questions and always were one step ahead of the next step in recovery. It takes an exceptional person to give that type of care to all their patients on a daily basis.....with deep appreciation!

My husband was in for open-heart surgery and upon recovery had times he was frightened and disoriented. Emmanuel was his nurse and was very reassuring and comforting. Additionally, Emmanuel demonstrated attentive nursing care while always being a reassuring and comforting presence. As family members visited, he was patient and provided answers to all questions, even educating the family about the procedure and recovery. Emmanuel was observant and when family talked about my husband's medical history, Emmanuel picked up on information that was not in his medical record. Emmanuel made detailed notes and asked questions and was able to add important medical history to my husband's electronic medical record. Emmanuel is clearly a gifted nurse.
