The other nurse who did an outstanding job was the day nurse, Emmy. She said she was so invested in my dad getting better that she even came in on her day off to check on my dad. Thank you to those two nurses who stood out so much. I really appreciate the care they gave my dad. I believe they brought my dad through the storm because the doctors said my dad had a slim chance of surviving the surgery because of how sick he was.
