I would like to nominate the Jewish Employee Health Team for their outstanding dedication and contributions to supporting employee wellness at our facility. Their commitment to fostering a healthier, more connected workforce has significantly impacted both new employees and the facility as a whole. Their team has played a pivotal role in streamlining the POHA assessments for new hires, bringing them back on-site for the first time in many years at Jewish. Their attention to detail and compassionate approach create a welcoming environment for incoming staff, setting the foundation for a culture of well-being from day one. Additionally, they have gone above and beyond to assist in the Onboarding Pilot project for our new nurses, going so far as to do the new hire tours themselves when someone from the buddy team is not available. They are a phenomenal partner with our program. This team's collaborative spirit, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to the facility truly distinguish them. They are an invaluable asset to our hospital community.
