Ms. Enas Izzo is characterized by her great patience and exceptional ability to communicate with patients.
Although my mother is not fond of most nurses, since the insertion of dialysis needles is painful, she always prefers Ms. Enas. Ms. Enas consistently devotes great care and effort to make the process as painless as possible. She takes the time to ask about my mother’s condition, understand her needs, and guide her toward what is best for her health.
What makes Ms. Enas truly special is that she does not view nursing merely as a profession, but as a humanitarian calling. She treats her patients with compassion and dignity, and she always welcomes their families with warmth and respect.
I wish Ms. Enas continued success, excellence, and patience as she continues to serve her patients with such dedication and mastery.
