Mr. Dayrit is a great model for experienced and less experienced nurses on the unit. All of his colleagues - NP's, PA's, RN's, etc, hold him and his skills in highest regard. Whenever he gets difficult patients, behavior or illness wise, he excels with that patient by using patience, compassion and gentle humor. There are too many outcomes to mention when Mr. Dayrit demonstrated his clinical skills and compassionate attitude.

One occasion sticks out, when after the shift, Mr. Dayrit gave report and had his coat on to leave. I had to call him into the room for help and he removed his coat and went in to help. That's how Mr. Dayrit treats his colleagues.
