I was able to explain my frustration and anxiety. She listened and to the best of her abilities she calmed me down. Very attentive, caring, fast work, focused nurse. I can truly tell Kima is a dedicated person. She is ready to help and her intentions are bright. She was my favorite nurse. She seriously stood out and deserves recognition.
