Entela was nominated by a patient who wrote that she came to the hospital in extreme pain and it was determined that she had a blockage in her small intestine. She was moved to 4 West to have a procedure performed to remove the blockage and avoid surgery. During this time, she had to have an NG tube put in which was very painful and stressful. "Entela was extremely helpful in keeping me as comfortable and informed as possible. Her dedication was extremely instrumental in my stay and I am so thankful for all her assistance."
