Erdylle is the best example of an extraordinary VA nurse! If Erdylle can be cloned, it would make the VA Healthcare system a great place. Her commitment to serving the Veterans is palpable as she treats all the patients in 5 East as her own. One of her coworker's patients was delirious and trying to jump out of bed. She immediately ran to the room and calmed down the patient. She respectfully talked to the patient in such a reassuring voice that the patient stopped being combative. Her quick action prevented a fall which could lead to serious injury! She exudes kindness to everyone she encounters. Such a joy to work with. She answers call lights and makes sure everyone has a lunch break. Truly an "angel" nurse who came down from heaven...
