A patient's mother called, stating she called the call center and wanted to share that the RN she spoke with was "very calm, intuitive, and relaxed". Mother stated she called regarding sleep medication her 14-year-old daughter took, however Ergilda, the RN, advised her to go to ER, for her appendix. And Ergilda was correct.
Ergilda's intuitive response helped my daughter. I am very thankful for her help.
