Thank you for your compassionate nursing today and for your management of the shift and staff. At every contact I had today with the team, they were all so helpful and showed kindness and care. Every time I went to the Place of Safety to see her, the staff were engaged with her and genuinely tried to support her.

Eric, I was particularly impressed by your quiet, but clear leadership, you steady the ship well and it was evident that you were in control of your ward and that the staff respected you. Thank you; it helped my job as the AMHP today. It was not an easy assessment or decision to reach, but knowing she was in good hands helped alleviate her distress.
