Eric has been exemplary the entire time. His demeanor has been so warm. We know it's busy here, but he always spends the extra minute to talk to us and his patient (our grandfather). At one point my grandfather grabbed his hand to thank him and tell him how he appreciated his help. Eric stopped what he was doing to tell my grandpa that he cared about him and wants him to feel better. It was a very genuine gesture and made us all very happy.
