I’ve been to the ER over the past few years, and Eric has always seemed to be the nurse on duty most of my visits.
It had been three years since I had been here. Tonight visit was definitely different I knew something was up with me but uneasy about coming to ER for stomach aches. Eric made sure I was comfortable and at ease. When we got the results, Eric made sure to make me feel better about my decision to come in for the evaluation.
His personality and attitude kept me at ease and comfortable even when my body was in pain.
