Eric was great. He assisted me in breastfeeding and showed me helpful techniques to successfully latch my baby while using formula as well. He did a great job! He walked in at the right moment when I had a mommy meltdown while feeding my baby. He jumped right in and helped me latch my baby and change her diaper and swaddle her in the blanket to put her to sleep!
