During a visit with a patient, she shared a story about her last admission here. She gave much kudos to Eric for his professionalism and his teaching skills. She said that he taught her about managing her illness in a manner which she could understand. She gave him credit for helping teach her symptoms to watch for and when to notify her physician. She was very appreciative for the education and materials he provided to her. She wanted me to recognize Eric on her behalf for providing education to her on how to care for herself after she left the hospital. Great job Eric!
