I met Eric when he admitted me to the 6th floor when I was diagnosed with heat stroke. When he came in, he was extremely prepared. He presents himself as a hardworking, caring, intelligent, and empathetic NP. I was actually shocked at how well he knew my medical history! I swear he knew more than me! He listened to me and made me feel like I was in great hands and had all the confidence in the world that I would get better. He behaved so extremely efficiently and knowledgeably. I can certainly say that he is a great representative of your company. I would definitely return to his care again if needed.

I believe that successful companies are the result of best hiring practices. If you hire the best, you become the best. Eric is the perfect example of what good hiring practices are. The second part is treating your employees with respect, paying them properly, and making them feel worthy. It used to be that people would be hired into one company and retire there with a pension.
